Ultra Therm

Ultra Therm DNA Polymerase is now available from Boca Scientific. This high processivity DNA polymerase has been used successfully in many labs throughout North America. For standard reactions, Ultra Therm can be diluted up to 5-fold, for unbeatable economy. For difficult reactions, Ultra Therm at full strength will work where other polymerases fail.

Packaging: Includes 10X Reaction Buffer plus a separate vial of 25mM MgCl2.

NOTES:

DILUTION/STORAGE BUFFER: For many reactions Ultra Therm DNA Polymerase can be diluted up to 5 fold before being added to your reaction mixture. The dilution can be made in 1X reaction buffer (i.e. a 1:10 dilution of the 10X Reaction Buffer) just before addition to the reaction mixture. Alternatively, we offer for your convenience a Dilution/Storage Buffer designed specifically for diluting Ultra Therm. Following dilution up to 1:5 in Dilution/Storage Buffer, Ultra Therm can be stored in the dilute form without any decrease in shelf life.

10X REACTION BUFFER: Ultra Therm is provided with sufficient 10X Reaction Buffer for use with the enzyme in the undiluted form. However, if you dilute the enzyme in Dilution/Storage Buffer (or 1X reaction buffer just before use) then you will require more 10X Reaction Buffer. For your convenience we offer 10X Reaction Buffer in a 5ml size, along with 5ml of 25mM MgCl2
