Ultra Therm

For many reactions Ultra Therm DNA Polymerase can be diluted up to 5 fold before being added to your reaction mixture. The dilution can be made in 1X reaction buffer (i.e. a 1:10 dilution of the 10X Reaction Buffer) just before addition to the reaction mixture. Alternatively, we offer for your convenience a Dilution/Storage Buffer designed specifically for diluting Ultra Therm. Following dilution up to 1:5 in Dilution/Storage Buffer, Ultra Therm can be stored in the dilute form without any decrease in shelf life.
