Ultra Therm is provided with sufficient 10X Reaction Buffer for use with the enzyme in the undiluted form. However, if you dilute the enzyme in Dilution/Storage Buffer (or 1X reaction buffer just before use) then you will require more 10X Reaction Buffer. For your convenience we offer 10X Reaction Buffer in a 5ml size, along with 5ml of 25mM MgCl2.
