TA Cloning

Our TA Cloning Vectors are designed for convenient and direct PCR cloning with improved blue/white selection. The Dual alpha-Complementation System (DCS) eliminates false positive colonies with a parental plasmid or with a re-circularized TA-vector after loss of the T-overhang. The restriction enzyme recognition sites of pLUG-Multi TA-cloning vector around the TA-cloning site are located in mirror repeat pattern, which is useful in re-cloning.
