Immunoassay Optimization Buffers

For reprobing on Western blotting membranes.
Stripping buffer removes reaction solution and primary and secondary antibodies from Western blotting membranes.
After stripping the membrane can be used for repeated detection (reprobing) with antibodies.

Membrane is incubated in a vessel with Stripping Buffer for removing the antibodies. After the incubation with Stripping Buffer the membrane has to be washed with Washing Buffer and can be used for repeated detection.

Stripping Buffer does not contain mercapto-ethanol nor DTT.
