Magnetofection Starter Kits

This starter kit includes 100μl of PolyMag Reagent + 100μl of PolyMag Neo Reagent + 100μl of  CombiMag Reagent + 200μl of SilenceMag Reagent + 1 Universal Super Magnetic Plate.  With this kit you can compare SiRNA transfection efficiency with SilenceMag as well as PolyMag/PolyMag Neo alone and with CombiMag combined with your current transfection reagent (e.g. Dreamfect, Lipofectamine, Fugene 6 etc). Once you have decided on the best strategy for your transfection experiments you can order the reagent of choice and continue to use the magnetic plate.
