RetroSys Reverse Transcriptase Kits

RetroSys™ is a product line for measuring Reverse Transcriptase activity from various types of retroviruses.
The RetroSys™ RT Activity Kit:
Optimised for the colorimetric quantitative determination of RT activity from lentiviruses, such as HIV, in cell culture supernatants and other biological samples. It can also be used for in vitro screening, and for characterisation of RT inhibitors.
The RetroSys™ C-type RT Activity Kit:
Optimised for the colorimetric quantitative determination of Mn2+ dependent RT activity from C-type retroviruses such as Moloney murine leukemia virus (MmuLV).
