ReadyBlot™ is a fast Western blotting system based on a modification of the classic Towbin buffer. Our proprietary formulation significantly increases transfer speed without excessive heat generation.

• No waste other than a few squares of blotting paper

ReadyBlot™ is Economical:

• No fresh buffer required! Re-use the running buffer that ran your gels.

ReadyBlot™ is Easy to use:

• Supplied as buffer saturated blotting pads with or without PVDF membrane
• Briefly soak the gel for about 2 minutes in distilled water
• Assemble the Western sandwich using the saturated blotting pads
• Re-use the running buffer to fill the Western chamber for wet transfer or
• Re-use the running buffer to soak the sponges for semi-dry transfer or
• Use directly for dry systems
