Pro-DeliverINTM is an innovative reagent allowing intracellular delivery of biologically active proteins. This lipid based formulation is the first serum compatible reagent to deliver functional proteins into living cells.
Due to its unique properties Pro-DeliverINTM is able to capture proteins through electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions; thus there is no need for covalent chemical or genetic linking.
Pro-DeliverINTM allows you to study specific protein function, protein localization, and novel molecular mechanisms.
FEATURES
- Functionally active protein delivery
- Highly efficient in both primary cells and cell lines
- Serum compatible
- Biodegradable and non-cytotoxic
- Simple protocol
- Ready-to-use
Delivery of functionally active proteins
Pro-DeliverINTM delivers functionally active proteins into living cells, allowing the study of complex molecular mechanisms such as apoptosis, cell division etc.

Highly efficient protein transfection
Proteins are efficiently delivered into the cytoplasm of a wide variety of living cells. For example, several different proteins such as Phycoerythrin (a large bacterial fluorescent protein), Serum Albumin, β-Galactosidase, and Caspase can be transported into cells.

Serum compatible
Pro-DeliverIN is compatible with serum containing culture media and therefore no medium change is required. You can directly carry out all your in vitro and in vivo experiments and realize significant amounts of transported proteins.

Biodegradable and non-toxic
Pro-DeliverIN is fully biodegradable and does not interfere with cellular mechanisms. Because of its specific formulation, Pro-deliverIN is quickly degraded in cells, maintaining high cell viability in each experiment.
Ready-to-use with a simple 3-step protocol
- Mix Pro-DeliverIN and protein
- Incubate 10 minutes at room temperature
- Add to cells and incubate under standard conditions
