TA Cloning

pLUG® TA Cloning Vectors are designed for convenient and direct PCR cloning with improved blue/white selection. DCS^TM technology (Dual alpha-Complementation System) eliminates false positive colonies with a parental plasmid or with a re-circularized TA-vector after loss of the T-overhang.

 pLUG® TA Cloning Vectors contain several engineered restriction enzyme recognition sites around the TA cloning site allowing easy restriction analysis of recombinant plasmids and re-cloning to another vector.
