PetakaG3TM HOT (High Oxygen Transfer)

PetakaG3 is a new cell culture device with unique features. It has two usable surfaces, each with a growth area of 75cm2 (equivalent to a T75 flask) for a total growth area of 150cm2.
This compact cell management device has the same small footprint as a microtiter plate.

PetakaG3™ HOT

  • PetakaG3™ HOT bioreactor has the same size and structure characteristics as the PetakaG3™ LOT bioreactor.
  • The PetakaG3™ HOT bioreactor is manufactured from a special co-polymer which has a particularly high diffusion rate of oxygen and carbon dioxide through the wall of the device.
  • The PetakaG3™ HOT bioreactor is particularly suited for culturing cells with a high aerobic metabolism, for example, insect cells carrying the baculovirus or HEPG2, or virus-carrying cell cultures.
  • Especially adapted to virus-carrying cell cultures (in vitro virus production).

Transfection Applications: Magnetofection and Lipofection

Transfection can be achieved on both sides of a PetakaG3 cell culture device, with the same or different plasmids, allowing very sophisticated experiments on cell interactions through soluble factors and contact factors.
