PCR PreMix (aliquoted & dried) Kits

Maxime RT (Oligo dT) PreMix Kits for cDNA synthesis

• All components pre-aliquoted in 96 tubes
• Dried and stable format (1 year at -20ºC)
• OptiScript Reverse Transcriptase
• Oligo dT₁₅ Primer
• Just add RNA template (total RNA or mRNA)

The kit features vacuum-packed pre-aliquoted and dried reagents in 96 x 0.2ml thin walled PCR microtubes (12 x 8-strip configuration, with a re-usable 96-place rack included) to which you need add only template RNA and RNA-free water to a reaction volume of 20μl.

The pre-aliquoted reagents include:

• OptiScript RT
• Oligo dT₁₅ Primer
• Reaction Buffer
• dNTPs

Just add your RNA template (total RNA or mRNA) and RNA-free water to 20μl and run the reaction!
