Stabilizer for coated ELISA plates (also polystyrene beads, glass slides etc.)

• Store coated plates at room temperature for up to 3 years
• Free of serum proteins and phosphate (eliminates test interference)
• Ready-to-use, simply add to plate after immobilization of antibody or antigen and blocking
• Does not affect subsequent assays

After immobilisation of the antibodies/antigens and blocking, Liquid Plate Sealer® seals the plates with a uniform stabilizing layer demonstrating good solubility and without affecting the assay afterwords.

It can also be used for stabilizing antibodies and antigens after coating on polystyrene- or glass-surfaces for protein arrays. Plates treated with Liquid Plate Sealer® can be stored for long periods after drying or for shorter time periods under moist conditions.

In accelerated storage tests using a monoclonal antibody immobilized on a microtiter plate, the antibody retained almost 90% activity after 66 days at 45^oC, when treated with Liquid Plate Sealer®.
