The HYPE-5 transfection kit has been designed for high protein production and large scale-up in mammalian cells. The kit consists of HYPE-5 transfection reagent and HYPE-Blast enhancing reagent (improves gene expression).

This kit achieves maximum efficiency in HEK293 and CHO cells growing in suspension in chemically defined medium. It is equally well adapted for bioreactor, spinner or flask.

This efficient transient expression system represents a quicker alternative to stable (ie costly and time-consuming) expression systems. Scale-up to large volumes for production of milligrams per liter of cell culture is straightforward and easy, as well as cost-effective.
