Stabilizer for HRP-conjugates

HRP-Protector® is a long term stabilizer for horseradish peroxidase (HRP) coupled to antibodies or Neutravidin/Streptavidin. HRP-Protector® gives peroxidase conjugates crucial long term stability over several years even when stored at ready-to-use dilutions. HRP-Protector® can be used directly as an assay buffer for incubating the HRP-conjugates. Typical ready-to-use concentrations for detection are in the range of 40-200 ng/ml.

Stability tests were performed at 45^oC over a period of up to 100 days. After 100 days at 45^oC the monoclonal antibody conjugate under test retained 80% enzymatic activity, this is equivalent to more than 4 years at 4^oC.
