RNA Isolation

easy-RED^TM BYF is a Total RNA Extraction Kit for bacteria (gram +ve and gram -ve), yeast and fungi. It is an easy-to-use solution based method and includes a unique Pre Lysis Buffer to drastically improve the isolation of intact total RNA from BYF samples. easy-Red BYF provides high yield of a variety of RNA species of large or small molecular size. The RNA is free of protein and DNA contamination. It is suitable for RT-PCR, Northern blots, RNase protection, 1st strand cDNA synthesis etc. easy-Red BYF is part of the easy^TM family of RNA Kits that includes easy-Blue^TM for cells and tissue samples and easy-Red^TM for liquid samples.
