Abs - Phage Display

This mouse monoclonal antibody to hPSTI (human pancreatic secretory trypsin inhibitor domain) was specifically developed for the pSKAN Phagemid Display System. It is also useful for other applications related to hPSTI. It recognizes native hPSTI, both soluble and in the pSKAN phagemid pIII-hPSTI fusion protein. It is also known as Antibody to Serine protease inhibitor Kazal-type 1 (SPINK1).

PRESENTATION: 100ul purified monoclonal mouse IgG antibody, 1mg/ml. Working dilution is 1:500 - 1:1000 for Western blots and ELISA.
