Enter Quantity:
The Anti-HA-HRP Polyclonal Antibody is a chicken polyclonal antibody (isotype IgY) conjugated with horseradish peroxidase. The unlabeled IgY is derived from chicken immunized with a synthetic peptide containing the human influenza virus hemagglutinin (HA) conjugated to KLH. Antibodies were purified from eggs using a proprietary method that yields > 90% purity. The Anti-HA-HRP Polyclonal Antibody recognizes the following sequence: -YPYDVPDYA The antibody is suspended in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide. The product is reactive with N- or C-terminal HA-tagged fusion proteins expressed in E. coli or in mammalian cells. It can be used for immunoblotting, ELISA, and immunostaining.
Dilution Factor: A minimum working dilution of 1:1,000 is determined by immunoblotting, using whole extracts of transfected COS-7 or CHO-K1 cells that express an HA-tagged fusion protein. In order to obtain the best results, we recommend that you determine the optimal working dilution for your experiments by performing a titration test.
